Menu ultra classic Provençal, quality ingredients but no ingredients "noble" very fresh cooking but no interest in Provencals that master a little the basics of local cuisine. perfect for a tourist in the discovery phase.

Back to maussane we visited last year. this year gastronomic stage at the restaurant the subtaloun well located on the main square of the village. The dishes are very good but the portions a little too copyy for a dinner. may be the leader could reduce the quantities and reduce the price. table to be recommended nevertheless.
