One of two best Texas type bar b que east of the Mississippi!! This pit master is making his East Texas Roots proud . The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I was looking through my plate of awesome ribs, tender brisket and the cream de-la cream smoked sausage. The brisket burnt ends were missing. The brisket burnt ends are a Texas style must have! Those of us from the East Texas woods of Paris, Pittsburgh, Mt Pleasant and Tyler would understand where I'm coming from.
