Sonic Drive-in - Mattoon

I've been disappointed that they've been out of hot fudge for over four months. Why can't they resolve this issue? Please don’t claim you have hot fudge and then serve me chocolate syrup instead. I heard that the General Manager needs to address this problem, and they've certainly had enough time (four months) to fix it. Additionally, I wish they would return to the original hamburger buns they used when they first opened, as the current ones aren’t as good. Thank you for considering your customers’ feedback.

I had my second order of pimple balls tonight, and they're absolutely amazing! Please don't take them off the menu!

The food here is delicious! However, the service took a long time, possibly due to the fact that there were only two employees working. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience despite the wait.
