フィードバックを提供するJust to find out that they don't have ice cream so we had to order a soft drink...so why are you called Dairy Queen... don't serve ice
They treat their customers with no respect. Very mouthy drive up worker. Won't be stopping there again! The woman at the drive up was very, very rude!
The manager Amber was very rude and disrespectful towards the staff to the point where i just had to leave. It was honestly very disheartening to see especially coming from someone on the management team. Managers should be held to a higher standard and belittling their staff is not that standard. Do better.
Food quality was an improvement compared to Houston. However, I could still tell they used a different vendor for their patties than I 'm used to in Illinois. I forgot to order bacon to see if they elected to go with a smithfield product, "proffered. "Customer service was on point, I could tell the cashiers really enjoyed their blizards. I appreciated how they went above and beyond to help me choose. More so than what I 've experienced else where, the usual blank stare like they 've never eaten at DQ before.
Ridiculously overpriced. Food portions way too small. Very stingy on their French fries and cold as well.
