Texas Roadhouse - Matthews

Awesome, wonderful time, delicious meal, and excellent customer service. ?

I'm not sure what has happened to Texas Roadhouse in the past year, but the service was not great and the food came out basically room temp. Our server did not speak loudly enough for our table of 3 adults and 2 children to hear him, this resulted in orders being wrong. He also disappeared and we had to rely on another server to get what we needed. Both tables adjacent to ours (same amount of people at one table, and a larger party on the other) ordered, received food, paid, and left before we were done. This was due to our server disappearing as well. I hope that in the future Texas Roadhouse will improve its service and food.

Cold food and it took forever to get the food. I tried this place twice and they failed twice. Come on cold bread cold steak and cold sides. Smh. 1st time was curb side. One week later dine in…. Never again…

Addy was great! It was such a busy night, but she was so attentive and kind. We were sat so quickly, despite a long wait list.

We LOVE Texas Road House but stopped going because it is so noisy you can't hear yourself talk. Tried it today for lunch (got there when they first opened) and it was AMAZING! Mary was our waitress and if I could give her 50 stars I would. She was that good and in fact, she was the best waitress we have EVER had and made the whole experience perfect! The steaks were absolutely perfect as were the sides. I just wish they had a closed off area for people who hate the loud music.
