Starbucks - Matthews

Always sold out popular drink!unfriendly and busy.Ask Venti cup because I add coldform and shot to grande but they gave always less than Grande size!Hey! I paid for the grande and extra shot and form! You should give me at least I paid for.This is the only location where wants to give less than ordered size near Charlotte.Check out other locations!I hope we have another starucks near Matthews! This location earns money because the customer has no option to go other nearby!

Worse service and coffee EVER. Why is it hard to get a great $6 cup of coffee every time??? The wait time is as horrible as the service and drink. NEVER taste right. The allowed a half cup to be served through take out. Warning this location is the worst!!!

I think this store is amazing. When I walked in it was very busy but I could see that all of the baristas were working extremely hard. Everyone was so nice to me while I was there and when I received my coffee it was hot and so was my food. I ended up staying because I had to complete some work and I was able to get a refill of my coffee and the barista even brought it to me! The barista Ellie was such an amazing person and she made my experience that much better. Even when they weren’t busy everyone was moving with a purpose either cleaning or stocking to get ready for the next rush. I cannot recommend a better Starbucks.

Keep going to the next Starbucks’s. There are a few close by. This one is inherently slow. After many weeks I had to adjust my positive review of this location. Bottom line the staff making the food do not have a good system. Please are always waiting. So many waiting that you really can’t just sit and enjoy the place. I’ve watched it carefully. The food person runs the register and the food and the hot coffee. Often he will put food in and forget he has it in. We had three sandwiches and 5 min later no one asked what we needed. They were so used to people just hanging out they didn’t notice we were missing something. So we asked. And oh … it was sitting on the cold counter for 5 minutes by the cash register.
