Starbucks - Matthews

Absolutely fantastic experience! They were out of nitro coffee, but the cashier was incredibly helpful in walking me through my usual order from the app. He really did an outstanding job! The coffee tasted so delicious that I almost went back for another cup. I'm particular about my coffee and can't stand it when it doesn’t taste right, but this time it was surprisingly even better than usual—I might have to rethink my order!

Just like any other Starbucks, this location has a great selection for both coffee enthusiasts and those who favor non-coffee drinks. Although the staff doesn't wear gloves, that may simply be their policy. My drink was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very cozy. The outdoor seating is also quite nice. The cashier seemed a little impatient, but overall, I was pleased with my experience.

I went in to buy some cake pops that were listed at $2.95, but they rang up at $3.45 each. The staff refused to honor the price that was displayed right in front of the product.

I have visited this location several times. The wait is typically short and never too long. My orders are always accurate, and the staff is usually friendly and helpful. I really enjoy coming here.

I really adore this Starbucks! It's the busiest one I've visited, but it also has the friendliest atmosphere! They are always aiming for perfection, but what they don’t seem to realize is that they’ve already achieved it!
