Chicken Salad Chick - Matthews

I arrived just before they closed at 7:30, and as I was about to open the door, the employee locked it right in front of me. I was just looking to grab some premade chicken.

I did a curbside pickup, and the employees were extremely helpful in guiding me to the store. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad, and it was fantastic! It was quite spicy, but I loved it. I will definitely keep ordering from this location. The staff was very friendly as well.

I really wish there was a location in Indian Trail. They close early, which makes it challenging to get there after working until 6 and dealing with traffic. But the food is absolutely delicious!

The night manager went above and beyond. I ordered through door dash and they forgot my soup. I'm sick and was looking forward to it. She even offered to deliver to my house. I had to decline because I know she has a business to run. But all I can say is wow. I love this place and they never disappoint. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness!!

I had not been to Chicken Salad Chick in a while, so I decided to treat myself. In all fairness the chicken salad was okay, but it wasn't as good the first time I went there last year. The portion size has gotten so small, it's not worth the money to me. I won't be going back that's for sure.
