It'll take so much of your time to wait for a service crew to assist you. This is not just a one-time experience. We've been here a couple of times and they're very consistent with their poor customer service. Plenty of staff just standing and roaming around, and yet no one's going to accommodate you. Was not planning on eating here, but there was a power outage and most places were closed on the Sunday we were there. We ordered a couple of coffees, half chicken and ribs.
