Yolked Food Truck - Massapequa

I love this truck. The sandwiches are decadent. I actually forget what I've had there but I've eaten there three times and gotten three different sandwiches and they were all delicious. My only disappointment is that she only has the truck on Broadway in Massapequa on an intermittent basis so it's hard to predict when I'm going to eat there. I highly recommend it. Creative egg sandwiches with a variety of toppings. Real comfort food.

Ordered two BEC, modifying each one a bit. They were fantastic. Definitely 5 stars! Only thing I would change would be to make sure the tapenade and onions are spread evenly throughout the sandwich. Middle of sandwich tastes quite different than the outer edge. With that, it would be a 10 star breakfast! Will be back

Hired them as a recommendation from a friend. I’m a bit of a foodie and love really good quality food. This did not disappoint. We had over 75 guests and everyone loved their food! Sooooo good!!!! Highly recommend.

Happening to be looking for a quick breakfast spot and came across Yolked Food Truck, decided to give it a try as up for some good food truck food. However my expectations were blown the food was beyond amazing and presentation was beautiful. Truly a Jen and will be back.
