Dunkin' - Massapequa

My coffee is always made perfectly at this location. Staff is friendly and quick. If there is ever an error they're quick to fix it as well. When I order ahead it's always done quickly too.

I always get my coffee perfectly made here. The staff is friendly and quick, and if there’s ever a mistake, they resolve it promptly. When I place a pre-order, it’s always ready in no time.

I really enjoy Dunkin'. Today, I ordered my usual cappuccino, while my husband tried the iced roasted vanilla coffee.

I placed my order through the app and waited in the store for 10 minutes, only for them to inform me that none of my items were available. Since they wouldn’t refund my order, I had to settle for substitutes. When I got home, I discovered that they also forgot another part of my order. I had to go back, only to find out they didn’t have yet another item. I will not be returning; this used to be the best Dunkin' in town, and it's such a shame to see it decline.

I really love my Dunkin'! Today, I ordered my usual cappuccino while my husband opted for the iced toasted vanilla coffee.
