フィードバックを提供するI requested the employees to prepare my latte in a specific way, using a free coupon. An employee named Marvin refused to follow my instructions. When I asked for my coupon back, he flatly refused to refund anything. His attitude was unprofessional, as if he owned the place, and he wouldn’t comply with a simple request. He seemed unaware that large lattes require two shots of espresso. I can't help but think that this location might be shortchanging customers on espresso and other products. Additionally, the manager was rude and unhelpful, unwilling to make any drinks but quick to take your money and suggest you contact Corporate instead.
This restaurant is a completed disappointment. I have a video that I’m going to share to demonstrate that America doesn't run on Dunkin; instead, people are running into issues with Dunkin's poor customer service. We pay for what we order, but still can’t get what we want. Please check out the video on YouTube. I specifically asked for certain items and even paid extra, but they still refused to fulfill the order properly.
I stopped by at 9:40 PM because I was charging my car and desperately needed coffee. However, they had already closed their doors and told me they were no longer serving customers. Their posted hours indicate they close at 10 PM. What a letdown.
I just recently started eating at this particular Dunkin and never again. A few times I ordered online through doordash, and every time they would just send me whatever they wanted to send me. I got sick of it so recently I called in shortly after placing my order. I guess the manager did not like that so she blocked my number from going through. Therefore I cannot call in anymore. Once I received my order, as expected it was wrong. So I had to go up to the store myself and have them correct it. Even then she STILL messed it up. At this point I believe it was done purposely. Just last night I went in to get a sandwich and she told me I could not have one because she already cleaned the oven. It was only 7:00pm. The store closed at 9:30pm. At this point I’ll be calling Dunkin Corporate and making a complaint. If I could give this particular Dunkin’ zero stars I would. Would not recommend this particular location due to management and service.
My sister went here and was ridiculed for her voice. Specially the person who works the night shift, with an earring. The person who was working with him stayed silent while this was happening. This is completely unacceptable. The staff needs to change.
