I have no complaints about any of Wendy's food items, my complaint is that there is no print out of nutritional information that can be given to a customer
This Wendy's is right near where I work, so I stop in every once in a while when I need a quick sandwich or some iced tea.
There is a lady with blonde short hair who always works the drive thru . she refused to honor a comp order when my order has been wrong the last two times I came through the drive thru. More than likely have received wrong order due in the past due to new employees training. I get it things happen! She always seems flustered annoyed while trying to train new employee. She was rude to me when I told her I had a comp order after speaking with a manager previously. She told me they have to charge for the food since I’m getting. That should NOT be the case considering i spoke to a manager previously. Probably will never come back to this Wendy’s. It’s a shame because they do have hot food for the most part. Good luck with good customer service. Thank god their competitors is a few doors down ?
Food was delicious except my sandwich had pickle on it that normally never does. Other than that it was perfect. We were the only people there so the place was quiet. The soda machine in lobby needs some help. You have to hit the screen several times to select anything and it takes a good 5 minutes to do so. Only major issue I had was needing crackers and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting for the workers to stop talking and come out of the back. When one did see me standing there she turned quickly back around and stood where u couldn't see her. Eventually someone came up after I said hello about 3 times.
