Hooters - Mason

We waited 10 minutes to be seated, and then spent another 35 minutes waiting for a waitress to come to our table. Frustrated, we decided to leave. There was no sign of management, no hostess, and no apparent leadership of any kind. To make matters worse, as we were exiting, one of the waitresses cheerfully told us to have a good night, completely oblivious to our experience. If I could give this place a zero, I would.

I placed a large takeout order late on Friday night. The staff member who welcomed me at the door was friendly and professional. She took my order and helped me choose the sauces for the wings. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable. Food: 5/5

I ordered a beer at our table and waited patiently for 15 minutes without receiving it. When the bar became available, I approached the bartender and politely mentioned that we had ordered beers earlier and asked if we could get them at the bar. However, she replied that it wasn't in the system yet and we would just have to wait. Her response came off as rude. We decided to leave, and when she noticed, she asked if we were leaving. I explained that we were because of her rudeness and the fact that our beers still weren’t in the system after 15 minutes, despite there being only about 20 people in the place. This was my first and last experience at Hooters. Afterwards, we went to Twin Peaks, where the waitress was incredibly nice and sweet; it was a world of difference.

Kyle was an absolute darling. She was helpful in explaining the different wing options to us, we basically ended up splitting almost 100 wings between the three of us ?.Honestly she was one of the best waitresses I've experienced, trust me I'm an expert on restaurant dining. She was very welcoming and kind! We wish her many blessings in her future ?.The staff gave us the Full Americana experience, by finishing our visit by singing us Happy Birthday! Myself and my friends truly enjoyed our 1st experience, my friends said this was the service they've received in their visit to America!!This NH girl will definitely love to come again!

If you come to Mason hooter and don’t ask for Haley A or her sister you’re really missing out. My party was going to leave because there were on “2” seats at the bar. Well my party was on 2 people. Let me say when Haley A takes care of she is genuine caring and go over and beyond. I am gay and will come back because of her. With good service money isn’t wasted.
