The Jimmy Johns location in Mason City is absolutely awesome They make their sandwiches great, and I rarely have problems. But if there are problems or things wrong about your order, they will compensate. Amazing customer service skills from employees, and pleasant food. Definitely a 10/10 of me.

Best Jimmy Johns I had a while. On a long 9-hour drive and past some food. The food was amazing. Nice and fast. Excellent stratification on the meat. In any case it is worth going out our way!

What an amazing experience! I ordered 36 mini Jimmy's online with a scheduled pick-up time of 4:00 PM. When I arrived at the store at 3:58, they were just finishing up boxing my order—perfect timing! While I was there, it started pouring rain. One of the employees even went out to his car in the downpour to grab an umbrella to help me carry the boxes outside. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my requests. Well done, Jimmy John's! Your business exemplifies exceptional customer service that others should aspire to. I ordered a gigantic tuna sandwich at 10:00, and it was incredibly fresh. The tomatoes were vibrant red, and the pumpkin had a nice crunch. I also picked up a small French meat baguette for later. I'm really glad they're open and conveniently located next to the laundromat, so I could stop by while doing my laundry. The staff at Jimmy John's were really friendly too!
