Bob's Seafood Cafe Wine - Mashpee

As we do every summer, we visited this wonderful restaurant, which we consider a true gem! The staff are amazing, especially the manager, Kara Eaton, who always goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, our experience tonight was dampened by an older gentleman who reacted in an unnecessarily aggressive manner when his vegetables were served cold. In a time when restaurants and their employees strive to make our dining experiences comfortable, safe, and as normal as possible, it’s disappointing to see someone lash out at a hardworking (and already stressed) employee over something as trivial as "less than warm vegetables." A little more compassion and understanding would go a long way in these situations. Despite this, we had a delicious meal and, overall, a lovely evening, just like always. Matt assisted us in organizing a welcome party for our wedding, and it was truly incredible! We had around 100 guests for over two hours, and everything was beautifully arranged. Our guests really enjoyed the terrace and the back bar areas, as well as the unbelievably delicious cookies and brownies provided. A big thank you to Matt and his team for making the day before the wedding so stress-free!

The place was fantastic! The food was delicious, the drinks were spot on, and our server was exceptional! Even on a hot day, the server kept coming over to ensure we had plenty of water.
