Clean. Glitzy decor. Outstanding number of stores-fifty plus-attached to a casino. There were vacant stores. An oddity with the bake culture store- a number of glass display cubicles had bagged chips/snacks.No smoking in doors. Restrooms provided. A lot of friendly security.

Some of these managers and employees really need to treat their customers better. They’re very cold and mean. Keep in mind that people from out of state visit here and don’t act as cold as you guys. Who ever that female manager is at h&m needs to learn how to treat others. Same with all the men who work at the Levi’s store. Maybe have more females work at Levi’s cause why are men helping me every time I go it’s uncomfortable. DO BETTER and treat your customers nicely

Around two years ago I went to Foxwoods Casino and the mall outlet which was very fun. I was too young to gamble so I didn’t. But I wanted to talk about a store called as seen on TV the owner who is also running the cash register made me feel very uneasy and scammed. I only bought one thing from him a extended charger cord for 5 dollars but there was another price stamp that said 250 so my brother or I went and asked him why does it say that? His response was very to put it bluntly cocky and very uneasy. He said it is in Pakistani accent he said don’t worry about it in a little bit of a way aggressive tone as well. I just wanted to report this to the Foxwood authorities and owners that this man definitely scammed me and probably many more. Also the extended charger only lasted about a month or two before it stopped working completely. Aside from that I had a great time/few days at Foxwoods. I would still come back to Foxwoods Resort.

I only went for a concert in shrine and then I played a couple games afterwards but everyone loved me there ? the security were so kind , the workers, the crowd and just anyone I came in contact with that night. It was so much love I felt. I'd go back for sure???? I don't ever even leave reviews ?

I'm only giving the outlets a three star because of a hassle I had. The stores all seemed nice, and it's clean in the halls, but the stores were all closed. Foxwoods really needs to work with their employees to teach them common sense. I was in the casino and having fun, but decided I wanted to go back to my room. I didn't have any snacks, or drinks in the room. I knew there were stores in the casino, so I decided to ask an employee about the stores, and how to get to them.The employee said they were located in the other side of the facility from where I was. It was a fairly long walk from there, and by the time I got there, it was all closed. There was not one store open, and they had all been closed hours before I had arrived. I was extremely disappointed that I walked such a long distance and there wasn't one store open.If the worker had said that there were stores, but I should find out if they were open, it would have saved me a long walk across the casino, to find out that all the stores were closed. They should teach their employees a simple principle of telling customers, they might need to ask someone who would know better if the stores were open.That was such a long and expensive trip to a casino, and you would expect that they properly train they're employees. Foxwoods unfortunately has become very undesirable to me. I'll just go to the other one next time.
