This sit-down restaurant is located in the international departures area, offering a higher quality dining experience compared to fast food options. As someone who typically prefers to bring my own food and avoid risks before a long flight, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of gluten-free options on the menu. After inquiring about their cross-contact protocols, I felt confident in my choice. I enjoyed a delicious radicchio peach salad with grilled chicken and had no issues during my 14-hour flight. The wine selection was pricey but there were no gluten-free beer options available.
