Subway - Maryville

The restaurant seemed short-staffed for the volume of drive-thru orders, phone calls, and walk-in customers. The floors were not very clean. On a positive note, they were open on Sunday, and the food was good—exactly what you would expect from a Subway. They could really benefit from having one more employee and possibly a more effective shift manager.

I really love this location! I heard it's under new management, and the new manager is incredibly friendly and kind. Everything I ordered was delicious, and the service was quick. The staff genuinely care about their customers, and the place is spotless. I can't wait to come back and eat here again!

The staff is friendly, and the food is fresh. The service is also quite good. I've never been a huge fan of Subway, but the roasted chicken really impressed me. My only drawback is that $28 for two footlong combos in East Tennessee seems a bit steep. I always feel obligated to tip the staff since it’s not their fault. This brings our total to $34, so we tend to visit less frequently.
