Long John Silver's Taco Bell (tl32052)

I was upset but I'm not gonna let my emotions decide so I had order this the other day and then totally forgot about me and when I went back to the drive thru and asked if my food was ready the young lady looks at me as if she didn't know what I was talking about but the supervisor came to the rescue made my plus made extra for me to which I thought was very generous so all went well but at first I wanted my money back oh yeah the wait was at 25 minutes plus whatever time I had to wait for them to drop my food.

People were really great. Had the 12pc mix and match. Chicken flats were gross. Fish was great.

Ordered seafood dinner and chicken tenders ,added extra sides to meal and spent $27 . The seafood dinner was the only thing correct. Didn't recieve any of the extra sides. They asked us to pull ahead and wait and it took 15 minutes to get order,what we did recieve . When I got home I called to tell them about the mistake ,I was nice about it . They were not very nice back .

LJS is not as good as it used to be. ?? They have great tasting coating but it's too thick and salty especially on the fish which was very greasy. We don't go there very often and now I remember why. Also, no diaper changing table in the bathroom for the grandbaby.

My daughter works here and she is the best her customer service is great went above and beyond I ate inside I needed a side of mayo and she was right there with it However I had the chicken sandwich and it was alittle dry but I ate my whole meal it was a great lunch
