Mcdonald's - Maryland Heights

The food was just fair. Not hot. The total amount was 10 and some changes. Could get a complete meal at Denny's for the same price and better

Some of their employees are so rude. They were really busy tonight and they only told me my total instead of telling me what I ordered, and that?s Customer Service 101 is to read back the order before the customer pays for it. When I asked what I ordered they got an attitude and after they told me they slammed the window closed. They always have people working in their drive thru that are too busy gossiping during a rush to take care of the customers coming through, the fries they give me are always freezing cold and not even salted and they act like it?s the end of the world when you pull into the drive thru to order and rush you to finish ordering your food.

Excellent warm lcustomer service. Was able to go in for fresh coffee and breakfast sandwich. Immaculate.

Yes thanks to the horrendous morning service that has been a routine for years I started making my own turkey sausage breakfast sandwiches. It's alot quicker to cook my own breakfast sandwiches. I cannot remember the last time I was here and the ketchup dispensers worked. Either of them. Really? And Corporate, heaven forbid there would be Gluten free buns. We have an allergy to wheat. We are treated like Lepers.

Clean and the service was fast (it was not very busy). Food was consistent with all other McDonald's restaurants. They have a self serve kiosk first I've seen in St. Louis.
