Took over 25 minutes to pick up a pre order in drive thru this morning. I love their food but if I hadn't prepaid I would have left.

Love their squash soup! It was a cold evening, and there were all sorts of places to choose from, but my husband looked for Panera. I grumbled to myself thinking what will I choose? The minute I saw the soup. I knew I was in for a treat! Glad we stopped!

Horrible service. Requested a pick-up order, and they forgot the pastry I paid for. Paid extra to add steak to my sandwich, and they didn't even bother to add that either. Not to mention, they sent an email saying they were a bit behind on orders. So obviously, they rushed to try and make up time and messed up the entire thing. Needless to say, they've lost any future business from me.

The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly which rates high with me. I love the sausage, egg, cheese asiago bagel, and the chipotle, chicken, avocado melt. The turkey BLT and smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich are delicious as well.
