Bojangles - Martinsville

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. I was charged for two grilled chicken egg and cheese biscuits, but only received the grilled chicken biscuits. I also ordered the new Burberry biscuits for my kids, which were supposed to have sprinkles, but they didn't add any. Additionally, my drinks were incorrect. The only things that were right were the fries and bow rounds I ordered. Overall, it was a very frustrating visit.

The staff here are polite and enthusiastic, but if we could just get the biscuit team on the right track, my grandma would be really happy! P.S. Sometimes it’s definitely worth the wait for a freshly baked biscuit!

Bojangles has always been one of my favorite restaurants from my childhood. Unfortunately, the management at this location is the worst I've ever encountered. I waited 45 minutes for my order, which explains why the restaurant was nearly empty. The combination of poor management, lack of organization, and unclean restrooms made for a disappointing experience.

They used to have one of my favorite salad..then they switched there lettuce to a spring mix..its like eating leaves and weeds out of the yard ..its awful I will never get another one there again. As long has they got that trash.

Prices are now Astronomical! 8 piece 4 biscuits $20.20 No value at that price Better to get a whole baked/roasted chicken at Walmart or Kroger and dust it with cayenne and paprika powder. Probably healthier in the long term.
