Taco John's - Marshalltown

Honestly besides DQ this is the only fastfood place in marshalltown with a staff that knows what they are doing. Food: 5 Service: 5

I stopped to get a couple quick tacos and they basically were awful.the meat was sparse and toppings were plentiful.I was so disappointed since we use to eat there alot when we lived in marshalltown.they used to make amazeing food but as alot of places they have lessened their increaseing priced food. The cheddar crunch taco was just as delicious as it looked in the photo. Although the drive-through parking was a bit tight, causing us to have to pull forward after placing a large order, the staff was quick to resolve a mix-up with another customer's order. Despite the small hiccup, the staff was apologetic and our lunch ended up being enjoyable.

I went through the drive-thru on my way home and ordered a steak burrito with hot sauce. When I got home, I found out they gave me two soft tacos instead and forgot the hot sauce. They didn't even enter the correct order on the ticket despite repeating the right information when I ordered. Overall, I would rate the food 2 out of 5 and the service 2 out of 5.

I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and found the price per person to be between $10 and $20. The food was delicious, earning a rating of 4 out of 5. The service was excellent, receiving a score of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was pleasant, with a rating of 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Hard Shell Taco, Taco Bravo, and Taco Tuesday specials.
