Cafe Bella - Marrero

I think this restaurant is a Westbank Secret that needs to be shared. I enjoyed the casual dining atmosphere with a friend of mine; it was a great place to catch up. The restaurant had wall-to-wall windows and dining area outside if you want to enjoy the beautiful day. The menu had a variety of New Orleans cuisine that is sure to please your palate. The waitress was very hospitable and our food came out relatively quickly. I really liked their prices being incredibly reasonable. I enjoyed everything about the whole experience.

The soft shell fried crab is fantastic. Make sure to order it with the rubber bear on the side—you'll thank me later! Our waitress was wonderful as well. This has definitely become my new favorite spot.

Wow! Simply amazing shrimp and grits... EXCELLENT!!! The shrimp are packed with flavor, perfectly complemented by the right amount of seasoning and a subtly-infused white wine sauce. It’s an excellent combination! The restaurant is very clean, even though it’s still brand new, and our server was knowledgeable and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. This charming little spot feels nicely secluded, allowing for a calm atmosphere while still being in the neighborhood. I absolutely love it!!!
