Bistro By The One Smart Cookie

It is a small breakfast / lunch (now) place in West Jeff LCMC hospital in the lobby. I had an early appt, so I thought I was coffee and a sandwich. Coffee's good. I had a bacon, eggs and cheese on wheat and 12 ounces. The sandwich is pretty good. They cut it in the box, so I have a little fat on my pants thru the pane in the box. The grottos are okay. They also give you butter, salt, pepper.

I visited today, and all I can say is "yum!" What a fantastic experience! I've been stopping by this bistro for years while attending various doctor appointments. There are many new faces behind the counter, but I'm always met with a warm smile. The lunch special was exceptional! I really appreciate how the food is consistently delicious. Keep up the excellent work! The sugar cookies have always been amazing! I battled through the parking garage just to get my hands on these cookies! You won’t be disappointed!

Incredible! The food is absolutely tasty, the staff is consistently welcoming, and the ambiance is cozy! It truly feels like home!

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on wheat, which was quite enjoyable. They cut the sandwich in the box, so I ended up with a bit of grease on my pants from the packaging. The side options were decent, and they also provide butter, salt, and pepper. Overall, it was a nice experience.
