Dôme Café Darwin International Airport

The floors were absolutely filthy; they looked like they had never been swept or mopped. We even found a used cotton swab under our table, which could easily be moved just by pulling the table out. Given the expensive prices for food and drinks, it seems reasonable that they could spare a few minutes each day to clean the floors. It’s really not that hard. I definitely won’t be returning.

The restaurant only serves coffee, and the kitchen is closed. It was dirty, and there were only two employees working, yet there was a long line out the door.

I was completely taken aback when I was served and the staff suddenly said, "Hurry up and decide, I have to make coffee!" Perhaps they should consider improving their customer service skills a bit.

If I could rate it minus stars I would. Took over 20min to receive a regular take away coffee and a fruit salad, which looked like baby vomit.Appalling service and staff weren't friendly at all.

Ordered a snack to dine in and sat down to an uncleaned table with plates still left there from the previous customer. 30mins later a waitress picked up the old plates and also took my table number from the table. Didnt bother wiping the crumbs from the table. 10mins later I had to get up and ask why my meal still hasnt shown in over 40mins, only to be brought out my meal which was now cold! They microwaved it and reserved it to me. Dissapointing when paying good money for food!
