I enjoyed the dessert I ordered (the radio brownie) as it was fantastic, but the pizza wasn't quite up to par. I had to wait half an hour by the pool with noisy children while my food was delivered to my room. The staff were wonderful, even amid the chaos, although there seemed to be some confusion regarding the vegan and gluten-free options, which required me to inquire a few times. As for vegetarian options, the menu offers several choices, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. There are also plenty of gluten-free options available, including pizza crusts and burger buns.

Consistently good food. very friendly staff. child friendliness: pool handy, child fish and chips the same excellent quality as adult. high chairs available.

The decor of Cossies is really nice making the atmosphere seem very warm and relaxed. The staff seem very friendly and professional. Overall it was a great dining experience. However if I had one negative thing to say, it would be that the beef patties in the burgers my date and I got were very heavy on the gristle side. Making the patty in my dates burger practically inedible.

Tue 27/9/22Really really disappointed with the restaurant today, for the price of the meals things need to improve significantly, not 1 satisfied customer on my table and there were 7 of us.Pull your socks up guys!!!

Dirting bar area, murky pool and poor customer service. Waited over 30 minutes for a mocktail. 2 people serving in the bar and the line at shorted has had 5 customers in it.
