Zephyr Winebar Café - Marquette

Visited this place on a Wednesday in July. The Charcuterie combination was nice. It included shaved Tête de Moine cheese, Gouda, Brie, figs, prosciutto, and other goodies. I’d recommend to order the additional bread with olive oil to round things out, since the charcuterie only includes Carrs water crackers. The olive oil that comes with the bread has sweet vinaigrette reduction that sinks to the bottom of the oil, which is a treasure! Dined outdoors on the patio; fresh air but street noise was present, so consider sitting indoors if you want quieter dining. Service was good, food and wine choices were very nice. Tiramisu and chocolate mousse were really good too. Prices were reasonable for the type of food, wine, location. We parked down at the lot by the water, seems to be free after 6pm, very short walk. We’d definitely return the next time we visit Marquette.

We used their Prix Fixe 4-course dinner with wine pairings. The food was spectacular! The Sommelier was extremely knowledgeable about the wine pairings served, along with very friendly! The ambience of the room is excellent, perfect for a date night, anniversary or just for a great meal!

Great stop for a couple of tourists like us. Great wine selection and great cheese platter. With salads and bread it was enough to fill us up before we hopped back on the road. Lovely staff, cute space, really good cheeses!

Extensive menu, great atmosphere, friendly staff. After a long day of hiking and exploring downtown Marquette, we thoroughly enjoyed a glass (or two) or MI made wine and beers. The menu is vast, with a fantastic selection of international wines as well as local bottles. The snacks and shareables menu provided the perfect pairings. I recommend the homemade beet hummus and one of their famous charcuterie slates. Indoor and outdoor dining was available during our visit.

Great selection of wines. Interesting selection of bottled and tap beers. Including some not found elsewhere in Marquette. Nice selection of light plates, many designed for sharing. Friendly staff. Fast service. Fun, modern setting. Prices typical of a larger city setting. Overall, a fun experience.
