フィードバックを提供するToday, I was truly impressed by the service at Chick-fil-A. The woman who took my order was incredibly friendly and engaging. She remembered my children's names throughout our visit and even surprised us with complimentary sundaes at the end of our meal. It's the best fast-food restaurant around!
Every employee, from start to finish, was extremely helpful, pleasant, and well-mannered. It was evident that each person wanted to ensure that customers had the best possible experience, and they succeeded! I will definitely be returning! Thank you all so much—the food was delicious! Denise R.
Overall, it was a positive experience and lunch, just like many other Chick-fil-A visits. I ordered a substantial amount of food for six people, totaling around $43 at the drive-thru. When we received our order, we found a large bag, but after sorting through the items, we realized they had missed a spicy chicken sandwich. I drove back through the drive-thru, and after a five-minute wait, they handed us the sandwich without any questions and offered a sincere apology. The employees were polite, the customer service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. I just wish they could have double-checked the order to save me from making a second trip through the drive-thru.
I was disappointed during my recent visit to the drive-up, as they forgot half of my order. I've been to other locations before and they usually get everything right, but this time they missed a sandwich and all of the sauces. I had to drive back, and they fixed the mistake. However, it was evident that the clerk just handed me the bag without checking it first, as they seemed overly confident.
My experience with Keith Johnson has been my favorite in terms of customer service so far. He was not only friendly and funny, but he also maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire visit, even with most of the staff missing. He really made the experience unforgettable. I've never felt the need to write a review before, but I simply had to for you, Keith! If Google allowed, I would give you 5.5 stars, so just picture it as six stars, and that you’ve just taken a big bite out of it!
