Royal Paan - Markham

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit, but unfortunately, today’s service was quite disappointing. I ordered momos and fries, and it took more than 30 minutes for my food to be prepared. As a result, I couldn’t eat anything during my break and had to get a takeout, leaving me hungry.

A fantastic spot for incredible Indian street food! I enjoyed the Samosa Chaat, the mouthwatering pani puri, the Masala dosa, and the Signature Falooda. Everything was delicious! Thank you!

I've been to this restaurant four times and each experience has been disappointing. On one occasion, the ice cream was stale, and the food has consistently fallen short of expectations. The staff seems disorganized and I've noticed them serving expired items. Unfortunately, I've never had a positive experience here. Each visit, I see someone requesting a refund. Please invest in training your employees!

I have been to many locations of royal paan but this one is the worst. Never ever try anything from this location firstly the staff is rude and on the other hand they don’t admit their fault according to them that’s how the food is prepared in royal paan. I will not agree with the staff as I have tried the same food from different locations I know how the other locations serve it and prepare it.Don’t try this one. I even found hair in the food but I didn’t bother the staff as I know they won’t accept their fault and mistake we just threw the food and went from there.

I would give this place 0 stars if I can. Can’t even call it a food chain restaurant cause everything there is stale or expired. No manager, no training, no good food. Just a bunch of confused people working. This place should have an inspection done cause I’m pretty sure they dont follow any food hygiene cause there’s always someone asking for refund. I’ve been there 3 times thinking this time they’ll make it nice but no somethings don’t deserve a second chance.
