I have visited this restaurant multiple times and they never have regular milk, but always offer lactose-free options. If that's the case, there is no reason to choose this place over the many other options in the mall.

Visited the pacific mall over the weekend and maybe this is the only tee shop in pacific mall that does not offer milk options. the person on the theke very helpful and cheerful. service was good. we ordered a uji matcha tea latte with soy milk and matcha aromatized tapioca and a Yakult-Lamonade. the Matcha tea we have made 25% sweet and only 75% ice. the tee was amazing and the Matcha aroma and the taste just came through perfectly. the sweet one was perfect for us because we didn't want sugar to overpower the matcha aroma. the matcha flavor tapioca was ok. would have had a preference. more profound aroma. the lemonade was from this world. it is a perfect summer drink. the lemonade was flavored with 10% sugar and mango flavored tapioca. the sweet of the lemonade was perfect. the mango tapioca, although it was slightly aromatized, was well with the lemonade. the two slices of lime came with and were good. Shouldn't there be lemon slices instead? Anyway, will definitely come for more.

Considering there are several other bubble tea places throughout the mall that offer dairy-free options, there is no reason for me to continue going to this restaurant.

I visited Pacific Mall over the weekend and found that it is the only tea store in the mall that offers non-dairy options. The staff at the counter were very helpful and cheerful, and the service was good. We ordered a Uji Matcha Tea Latte with Soy Milk and Matcha-flavored Tapioca, as well as a Yakult Lemonade. We requested the Matcha tea to be 25% sweet and with only 75% ice, and it was amazing. The Matcha flavor came through perfectly and the level of sweetness was just right, not overpowering. The Matcha-flavored tapioca was only okay, as we would have preferred a stronger flavor. The Lemonade, on the other hand, was outstanding. It was a perfect summer drink, flavored with 10% sugar and with Mango-flavored tapioca. The sweetness of the Lemonade was just right, and the subtle mango flavor of the tapioca complemented it perfectly. The two slices of lime that came with it were good, but we wondered why there weren't lemon slices instead. Nevertheless, we will definitely be returning for more.

NO WIFI. The drink was delicious. Super overpriced but it’s what bubble tea goes for now a days.
