I ordered through the app and it said that it was open and let me place an order. When I arrived at the store, it was closed. I tried calling and no one picked up. I don’t get why the app let me order when the store was closed. Atleast update your app and not fool people into spending money at a store that’s not even open for the day. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just received my order and the entire order was wrong. There was no straw as well. Not only that, but also all of them was not sealed perfectly, was leaking. Now Im walking around my school campus asking ppl if they wanna take boba for free like ppl in pyramid marketing when my major is not even business. They give me crazy look. I only ordered two how am i and my friend supposed to drink 7 boba when we dont even have straw. P.S Sorry Sunghyun if you find this. But you wouldn’t be able to drink anyway even you received urs cuz there was no straw

I ordered a Taro smoothie. I gently tried to put my straw in. When I did the cheap cup split all along the side and spilled all over me and everyone I was with. I have been drinking from similar places for years and never had this happen. I won’t be returning to this franchise.
