Their new paper straws are not it, changes the taste of the drinks. Not to mention the Color from the straw is seeping into the beverage as well… ?.

I really wish there was one of these in Florida. Friendly staff, great service, great tea, tasted so good. I'd 100% recommend and return

I ordered 5 drinks through the mobile app and added 1 more at the counter. I informed the staff member that I was there to pick up my 5 drinks. If the store was out of trays, I would have appreciated being told, as I could have purchased a bag. I came in alone, and it was challenging to manage carrying six drinks without any tray or bag.

However, it’s unfortunate that this Chatime location has been problematic from the start. They are often slow to fulfill orders, and I’ve encountered incorrect orders a few too many times. Today, I walked in to place my order, but when I got home, I realized it was wrong—I asked for roasted milk tea but received regular milk tea instead. I don’t completely blame the kind gentleman who took my order; the loud music and the plexiglass barrier due to COVID make communication difficult. I should have double-checked to ensure he understood my order correctly. My biggest issue, though, was that I always request no sugar, yet it tasted like it was loaded with sugar this time—around 100%. This has happened before, and it’s astonishing how inconsistent it is. It makes me doubt whether it really is sugar-free as the label claims. My stomach is feeling quite upset from the excess sugar, and I’ll have to waste the rest of this drink—and my money. I think I’m finally ready to give up on this chain and look for other options.
