Kfc - Marion

The food was excellent, and while the customer service wasn't the best, they managed to get my order right, which felt like a miracle. I'm not sure what's happening with fast food restaurants these days, but it seems like 90% of the time, they mess up orders. Fortunately, this time everything was accurate.

I visited the drive-thru at 5:45 PM and ordered two regular Mac n' cheese bowls, one spicy Mac n' cheese bowl, two biscuits, and one Famous Bowl. There were four staff members just chatting, yet my order was still incorrect! Instead of the biscuits, I received four Famous Bowls. It shouldn’t be that difficult to get an order right when you’re not busy.

There were five employees present: one girl taking orders, another at a computer, the manager, and two filling orders. Most of them were just standing around. It seemed like the manager was back there cooking the chicken. Customers in the drive-thru were leaving when they found out only extra crispy was available. Two people behind me, who were there to pick up orders, were told there was no chicken available. The manager informed them it would take about 20 minutes, which made them both upset. One gentleman expressed frustration, stating that he had called in to avoid the wait. The manager apologized and offered them drinks while they waited, but the man declined, saying he didn't want one. It seems like there needs to be a responsible adult managing the staff, as they were more or less just standing around looking at each other. With so much cleaning needed—especially since they had no chicken to fulfill orders—someone should have been directing their efforts. We waited about 20 minutes for our order of a simple 4-piece dinner, and others with small orders, like a 3-piece dinner, also waited the same amount of time. This situation could really hurt the business if they continue to rely on an inexperienced staff. I visit this KFC regularly, but if things don’t get better, I won’t be returning.

My order was wrong with pieces asked for, chicken cold tasted old. Waste of money on 2pc combos...lost appetite and threw chicken out. I ate mash potatoes and biscuit. Friendly, fast service. Husband said his chicken was cold also hard.

Food was good, until looking down on the ground and there is a dead cockroach and dead flies under the table next to me and my friends. We sat outside and watched one of the workers come out with a bag of trash and walk back in with the same gloves on.Disgusting place.
