Yogurtland Marina Del Rey

There was a misunderstanding regarding the amount of free yogurt I could get with my birthday reward. I mistakenly mixed it up with a reward from Menchie's and mentioned it to her, but she responded in a very rude and confrontational manner, which was embarrassing in front of other customers. I regret coming here, as my initial instincts warned me not to. I hope Anna, the franchise business manager, takes my complaint seriously and passes it along to corporate, rather than letting it go unnoticed. As for my yogurt, unfortunately, I left empty-handed. This location deserves 5 stars for the product but gets a big zero for the behavior of its staff.
