Starbucks - Marina del Rey

Nice location, near Amazon Books, pick up and drop off. Tried Cinnamon shortbread latte and not too sweet. Fast service. Nice attitude from the team

Worst Starbucks. My drink was wrong so I called and spoke to the manager and I was given a free drink the next time I came in. I went in to get it and it was still wrong. I didn?t get extra caramel drizzle around the cup and on the bottom like I asked for. They need better training at this location.

This is a review in general for all the Starbucks that I've been to around the country. I primarily use the mobile app which is fantastic. It really is very helpful for being on the move. Saves a lot of time. Quality is always consistent.

Quick service, standard Starbucks taste. Lot of seating space inside. Friendly staff. Nice music playing here. Can relax if you get tired from shopping around the area.

The worse Starbucks I have ever been to. Everything is an issue these days. You can order, pay and ask for something at the register, then when you pick up your order everything is a problem and they give you serious attitude. Customer service is horrible even when not busy. I have gone to multiple Starbucks since and have stopped going to this one. No one makes a big deal or complains about stuff the way the baristas do at this location. Now, I drive further away to avoid this location at all costs. There are at least 5 locations nearby and none ever give me the attitude or make a big deal of the things they do. The baristas need better training. Anything you ask for (and order when placing your order) is an issue. Asking for a stirrer, a green stopper, a bit more milk, a tray, etc. Poor management. One guy who appears to be a manager is extreme friendly; he?s the only saving grace. But nothing is done when you mention issues. Never again.
