Wendy's - Marietta

My friends and I opted for the $5 bag deal for the SPICY NUGGETS, but we were let down. Instead of the juicy, tender chicken nuggets we expect from Wendy's, we received dry little pieces that resembled stones, just sprinkled with pepper on their dry exteriors. Please do better, Wendy's!

If my daughter hadn’t liked her food, I would have left. The service was terrible from start to finish. They were unable to break a $50 bill at 6 PM. When I asked for four sauces while paying, I only received two at the next window. I requested two more, but the male server only gave me one because the female manager instructed him to only provide one. I explained that I had requested four when I ordered and wanted my complete order. The manager then came to the window and also refused to give me the fourth sauce. I mentioned, “Lady, I asked for four when I ordered.” Apparently, referring to her as “lady” was considered offensive. She slammed the window shut and wouldn’t reopen it. I ultimately had to leave without my full order. This is a drive-through where I’ve even given cash tips to employees for their assistance during the pandemic. For every customer who requests extra sauce, there are likely five who don't want any. The manager should recognize that this would balance out. I would have gladly paid for the extra sauce as some restaurants require, but with this manager, there was no room for discussion.

Messed up my order, and it took 5 minutes for them to put my order in. There was a few cars in front of me and it seemed to take that long for each of them too. It wasn't horrible what was right, but overall a lackluster experience

I was able to see four employees. serving me and leaning out windows and also making my food. Two were not wearing masks. The two at the windows were wearing masks but not covering their noses and the one at the second window who was wearing a mask not covering her nose would pull it down off of her mouth as she leaned out to talk to me. This Wendy's is clearly a death trap and I'm not going anymore

Good drive Thur today but remember to as for salt mustard and ketchup even your receipt!! May 6th 2018 one window works today! Here?s my pictures
