フィードバックを提供するWish they had a menu a little farther back from the speaker box. Usually pretty friendly. Food was hot and fresh; drink was cold and correct
Messed up my order, and it took 5 minutes for them to put my order in. There was a few cars in front of me and it seemed to take that long for each of them too. It wasn't horrible what was right, but overall a lackluster experience
You have to give some rope in these trying times given the difficulty in staffing their establishments but with the dining room closed here on my visit, they 're only running one cash register and one order at a time. At 2 in the afternoon, the drive-in line was 6-7 cars deep and when I say slow, I mean sloooooooooooooow. When I ordered, I should have recognized single, double, triple because I haven 't eaten red meat in 30 years (so it 's not like I could have made a mistake). I 'm not a regular to Wendy 's so it didn 't register. I ordered chicken but I guess the young lady didn 't hear me because I got a burger, which I bit into- YUCK. spit it out on my lap!; it was lukewarm to boot! I called them and they brought a fix out to me but this entire visit had to be a 20 minute event. Everyone was nice enough but I hope this was a one-off because the next time I see a longer line at this drive-in, I 'm driving by.
I was able to see four employees. serving me and leaning out windows and also making my food. Two were not wearing masks. The two at the windows were wearing masks but not covering their noses and the one at the second window who was wearing a mask not covering her nose would pull it down off of her mouth as she leaned out to talk to me. This Wendy's is clearly a death trap and I'm not going anymore
Good drive Thur today but remember to as for salt mustard and ketchup even your receipt!! May 6th 2018 one window works today! Here?s my pictures
