About five months ago, I ordered a pizza from this restaurant and had a terrible experience—the service was poor and the pizza was dry and disappointing. I submitted a complaint, and I’m happy to say they made significant improvements! Today, my friend ordered a pizza from the same place, and it was absolutely excellent. Kudos to them for being receptive to feedback and making changes. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The customer service was terrible. They didn't answer the phone, and it took two hours for my pizza to be delivered.
