Cielo Blue Mexican Grill And Cantina

My first thought was just another average Mexican restaurant. Food changed my mind quickly. The meat actually had wonderful flavor, and each ingredient tasted fresh. Our server wax new but did a great job with a smile on her face. These things matter!Food: 5/5

I’ve been here a few times now and have been impressed every time. The service was good and the food came out quickly. The guacamole is prepared fresh at your table so they can make it to your liking. They give you large portions as well so the prices are appropriate for what you get. The atmosphere is laid back relaxed. I had a great birthday dinner here, thanks ? I’m writing this as I’m eating my delicious left overs lol

RIP Cielo Blue. This was strike 3. Atmosphere awful. Service awful. This is sad because food had always been pretty good. The last straw for us occurred last night- when we learned that their nightly special for Tuesday, fajita night, was switched for taco night. A new dry erase board in their entrance apparently trumps their website. Unfortunately, the 3 tacos for $5 deal does not apply unless you buy drinks. All of that is fine but it just feels like a bait and switch. The place feels depressing now and empty, making the perception of these tactics feel like a desperate attempt to generate some sort of business.We really gave it a few shots but if you want a better experience go down the road. Prices may be the same or even more, but I feel better about spending money in a clear fashion and in a more upbeat setting with better service. We ended up canceling our orders and leaving. Everything just felt off and something told us it wasn't going to get better as the night went on.

Love this place, we sat with Dylan this evening and hands down the best server we have ever had. He is always incredibly respectful and attentive. Food was great, everything was brought to us in a timely manner and Dylan and his fresh guac make it an experience to remember.Food: 5/5

Very good meal, I had the grilled snapper tacos. We got to sit upstairs, and the service was excellent. It's been about a year since we've been there, it's good to see that the food quality and service have not suffered since the scamdemic!
