I'm pretty surprised to find a nice Japanese cafe that has quite good ambiance, good and affordable meals all the while placed in a location that's quite accessible but also well-hidden from the average person's eyes. If you want a quick Japanese fix without spending a lot each onigiri they got is less than PhP 50. Definitely taking a few on the road and definutely planning to stop at this place on my next trip around here!
