フィードバックを提供するHhm, I can only partially understand the positive comments, so here my experience report: Pros: The location is great, right on the forest and offers enough opportunities to get out of there. There are enough parking spaces. The ambience is delightful and the staff friendly. Cons: We had to wait for our food for over 1 hour and it was unfortunately little creative and not absolutely fresh. The scavenger was hard and tasted sour, the mushrooms to the chicken breast were spicy, the clubs to the heubrate appeared to us as shaped from finished mass. This may not be bad in itself, but if you look at quality at home, you just expect it in the gastronomy in 2013. The Gaststube smelled funny after kitchen and frying. Our clothes smelled like that. We didn't taste it at all and we'll look around for an alternative. Somehow, however, there is one to think if supposedly freshly cooked food, possibly without additives, is too inexpensive. How's that going? And the portions were not that small. Maybe we just got a bad day, but a lot of things seemed to me as wanted and not skillful. :
Up on top of the mountain of the official side of Pobershau, surrounded by lush green meadows, lies this small ancient skull. It is almost a french, but it corresponds to the traditional name of the house. Rather, it is a small nice restaurant, with a clear map of exquisite local and petty-bourgeois treats, partly creative and modernly interpreted, partly classically to selected wines and savory beer from the small private brewery Storch. If you do not like to take alcoholic beverage, I recommend to refresh the lemonades of a small winery from Bavaria, such as heulimonade, apple forest master, Rhababer raspberry, pomegranate etc. After a short look into the map you can see that the guest is pampered here with a lot of attention to detail and with fresh ingredients. Since its reopening exactly one year ago, the restaurant has been enlivened by a very friendly and committed pair of owners and ambitious cooks. We were very happy with several people several times there and every time without exception. From salad plate with raspberry dressing, to the fruitful bread soup, the pork neck steak marinated in honey and garlic with delicious classic roasted potatoes to the daily offer of the heubrate with clubs and red cabbage tastes all fantastic and the taste nerves are extremely spoiled. The heubrate is, by the way, a pork roast which, after being fried sharply, is cooked in a hay bed. The hay comes from the surrounding meadows. In retrospect, the last visit was a very special experience: He stood entirely in the sign of the hay Heulimonade to Heubraten and on the meadows surrounding the estate made the farmers hay. In the meantime, one has not only cooked into the hearts of local and foreign guests, but has already received an award from gourmet on the axis. Who wonders?! The prices of the dishes are very moderate with about 6 10 € for a main dish. The portions are not huge, but saturating. Apparently, the motto class is considered mass. You can either take a seat in the rustic, but newly furnished room or in the garden next to the house and in the summer you can enjoy the cool little air which passes from the surrounding meadows and enjoy the heavenly rural tranquility. Whether in the noon or in the warming evening sun, you sit here in warm weather just beautifully surrounded by meadows and nature, on beer garden furniture, which are placed on the lawn area next to the old building at a reasonable distance from each other. And there is also a free view of the landscape. In winter, the restaurant is located directly on a cross-country trail and is then also a popular starting point. It is very popular so that, if possible, a table reservation in the rather small restaurant is recommended if you want to make sure to get a place. If you can't find one of the few parking spaces in front of the door, you can easily park on the walking park of the cat's stone area just 50 meters away.
The dishes are freshly prepared and the selection is abundant. Of the portions, everyone will be fed. Family guided, help the man and children, always friendly and with good mood, with. A perfect ambience with views of the forest and meadows. Prices are very cheap, with good quality!
We had our Christmas party here. I was here for the first time and found a nicely furnished typical mountain restaurant in good location. As already described in a further review, the clothes had to hang in the unattended hallway. The food was good, there was also a small house music and we also had a very good drink consumption thanks to taxi transfer. I drank mineral water in addition to a quite neat Rieslings wine. Here I want to expect the brand water after the price. However, this could not be seen on the plastic bottle. And now - but not at all: Just before our departure at midnight I ordered a water medium at the counter. The inn filled the plastic bottle with only half a glass, then the bottle was empty. We disappeared and I thought he was going back. We came without again. I leaned on the side of the counter and had to observe from the corners of the eye how he filled my glass onto the tap of the sink. I don't think so. So, dear host, you did it to miss me an otherwise beautiful and successful evening in the last 5 minutes. And so drunk that this was not noticed, we were all not together. But as I said, who has.... I don't know a more cosy and friendly guesthouse than this! With fabulous kche and open-minded hosts, always around the guest, and not intrusive, that during this strong passage! It is not a 0815 pub and the host simply proves character that has become rare today! This always makes for a **** or even a big laugh! We come out of these grndens often and unlikely to like!!! I know that the region, the locals and tourists are very happy about the development of the mountain huts and this is definitely to say to the host people, because after that the host 'Fritz' has died, it did not take long and out of this original beautiful sheep more or less a snack with cool ambience and since the (I think 4 years the young musical artist couple will have changed again, from the mountain huts Nothing overcrowded, grounded and yet very special! In the mountain house we have never been because it is probably not necessary; The hostes have stress with certainty at the high frequency at guests! Stay loose! ;
