フィードバックを提供するThe restaurant prioritizes drive-thru orders over those placed inside. I waited from 4:06 until 4:30 and still did not receive my order. When I asked for a refund, they informed me that the burgers were still being made. Not wanting to wait any longer, I requested a refund instead.
Since they opened, my order has been incorrect almost every time. The food is cold and they don't provide napkins unless requested. Even when paying extra for cheese, it is often forgotten or not added at all. I specifically asked for cheese on my Whopper at the drive-thru window, as I have been charged for it in the past but received plain burgers instead. Upon checking my order, I found that the burger did have cheese, but it was made plain. It seems that the young employees working there may have thought it funny to play games. It appears that they have younger employees managing other young employees, leading to issues with the service.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I initially ordered the Jr Mahlzeit, but the staff recommended the cheeseburger meal instead, which actually saved me some money. The service was quick and my food arrived within 2 minutes of ordering. Despite the drive-thru being busy, the lobby was not crowded. The cheeseburger and fries were hot and fresh, and I enjoyed my Cherry Diet Coke from their high-tech drink station. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service.
The manager on duty was completely incompetent and seemed clueless about her job responsibilities. Instead of expediting food during a busy dinner service, she was busy scolding teenage crew members for minor mistakes. When I requested to speak to a manager, she appeared confused and had to be guided by a staff member to come over. This was the worst experience with management I have ever had in terms of customer service. If possible, I would give this restaurant 0 stars.
This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They got my order wrong not just once, but twice, and it took over 30 minutes to finally get it right. The manager was rude and showed no consideration for the inconvenience caused.
