Two Cents Plain Is Oen For 2023

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The two female employees had no idea how to make a sundae or a float. They also had their boyfriends hanging out, playing very vulgar rap music by 21 Savage. There were even little kids present, which was inappropriate given the music. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, making it hotter inside than outside. I would not return to this restaurant even if I were paid to do so. I am unsure how they have a 4.5 rating. Be cautious if you choose to eat here.
