New China Buffet - Margate

The portion sizes are always generous, although I do wish they had a larger variety of ready-to-eat meals available, as it can feel a bit like a buffet at times. It’s also very affordable; the food is fantastic! You have to try their fried fish—it’s incredible, almost heavenly. Seafood is priced at $9.99 per pound, while regular items go for $4.29. The atmosphere is nice, and I didn't see anything dirty, even when I was taken to the back area. I give this place 4 stars because they could use more options and have more food prepared when you visit. Overall, it’s a great spot!

I hesitated to visit this restaurant due to the negative reviews, but three of us decided to give it a try anyway. It was a Saturday afternoon, and when we saw the buffet, we were convinced this would be a great place to eat. The food was incredibly fresh, and everything looked appetizing. One of us, who isn't usually a fan of Chinese cuisine, found several dishes he liked and even went back for seconds. Overall, the food was excellent. At just $10 per person for such a vast selection, including sushi, it’s an outstanding deal. I can't emphasize enough how fresh everything was! Congratulations to New China Buffet!

This is our second visit to this restaurant. The first time we came right when it opened, and both experiences were great. The food was delicious and served hot, with a nice variety at the buffet. The waitstaff was friendly on both visits, quickly refilling our drinks and clearing our plates. I also want to note that there was a wonderful mix of people; everyone, regardless of race, was seated together without any separation. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. If we find ourselves in the area again, we won’t hesitate to return. Thank you to everyone who works here!
