Dunkin' - Margate

This Morning my Wife picked up a Hot Chai Latte from this dunkin donuts.She works in down town fort Lauderdale, several miles away, when she got to her office and opened up the cup... There was a green NASTY looking drink in it, she tried several times to call, and no answer and you couldn't leave a message either it was Full.... This is a SHAME no type of customer service or anything..... REALLY sad... I am going to put this on Yelp, and any other place that i can, we really need to put some kind of pride in our work, or MANAGMENT need to do better on over seeing....Thank God that it wasn't a do or die that she need this drink...

I visit this Dunkin' every day and always order the same thing: a large iced tea with no sugar and 6 Splenda. However, the staff consistently gives me sweetened tea instead. I have diabetes, and all that sugar can trigger a health crisis for me, so I end up having to throw it away. This isn't the first time this has happened. I've decided to stop going there and will be driving two miles to visit another Dunkin' instead.

The amount of incompetent skills that is here is unreal. I ordered one drink and they still could get it right. The inside tables were horribly and dirty. They didn't care either, I asked them to clean it and still nothing. Their manager seems way over her head with this franchise. At this point I believe that they need to hire some more competent people with the required skills to be able to run a franchise and keep it running. Honestly, just horribly service will never be returning.

Hours say they close at 8 o'clock, just walked through the drive around 739 o'clock and the hired told me they were closed. I said, "I thought you were closing at 8" she said, "No, we close at 7"...??? It is annoying because I came here especially before my night shift because they were "still open".

I've heard many negative comments about this place from others who had disappointing experiences, and it seems those concerns were valid. Overall, my visit was not worth the time, energy, or gas spent getting there. I doubt I'll return.
