Island Sunset Lobster Sales

The food was excellent, the view was stunning, and the service was exceptional.

We stopped by this restaurant to pick up some seafood and decided to also purchase 5 lbs of mussels. However, when I opened the bag, the mussels had a strong smell. I checked the label and saw that they were harvested on August 8th and we bought them on August 22nd. They were also labeled as being local to Newfoundland, which was disappointing as we know Nova Scotia is better known for their seafood. It's unfortunate that any tourists who purchased them would have been upset.

We had the 3 course evening special and it was amazing! Great food, amazing servers. I had the fish and chips the day before and it was great as well. Also surprisingly good coffee for a restaurant! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We hope to be able to have dinner, but The bistro has been closed for a few years. The other restaurant next door is open from 4 p.m.
