Hayatt And Caterers - Margao

We have ordered many times from this restaurant for more than a decade, but this order experience was shocking. It was very bad. The taste of food was completely disappointing. The Haryali tandoori had too much gravy. The chicken lollipops were dry, stale and burnt (as if re-fried) Malai kebab was dry and had no salt or seasoning The manchow soup had so much green chillies, couldn't taste anything else but the chilli taste. Their standard and quality has gone down totally.

I'm a regular customer of hayatt, but everytime I instruct the restaurant to make sure that the chicken is not smelling raw and cooked properly but its never followed and the chicken is always smelling raw and not cooked properly... I want the restaurant to improve on it and follow the instructions of customers.

Small pieces of Fish given. Even after they said they would send a bigger one refund. They've sent the same piece with no refund. Please don't buy from this restaurant. Try from Al Akbar as it's way better fromthan this one.

Great tasting food and perfect for takeaway or ordering at home. A mix of Indian and Chinese food is available and the order is prepared quickly. Been ordering from here for years.

The chicken biryani here is not that great. The flavour is less and a bit dry.
