I got the chia oatmeal pudding and it was delicious! I added peanut butter and the quantity was perfect. The place is very nice. The only thing is that the cashier was not very kind, but the staff who delivered my order was friendly :

Absolutely the worst service in all of Lake Nona. Valeria has an issue. Would Highly reconsider her employment there. Can’t believe how I was treated after I give business to this place every day.I refuse to go back.

Big fan of tropical smoothie cafe however I disliked that the machine at checkout tries to automatically add 15% tip. Tipping for a counter based food service is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. Pay your employees better and make tipping more of an option. I was able to change the tip amount to 0 because I was paying attention but if you don’t (like I’m sure many don’t) be prepared to see a tip automatically added to your receipt.
