le buron de Born - Marchastel

There is nothing like this place. eating is super local and traditional, the staff very efficient and it is a lot of fun. we have ordered us, but if I did it again, I would get the local bark and the aligot (amase. carrots fixed on her table) we have crashed after eating her generous portions, but everything was from beginning to end good. the environment was also cozy, but the glowing fire in the midst of a rainstorm in juni.

Delicious 28.5E menu, everything beautifully prepared and presented. A wild location and windy. Book early to sit inside unless you are are OK with outside seating and the wind. Charcuterie course to help yourself, delicious beef, cheeses, aligot, tarte a pomme.

De l'avis de tous, tables à droite et tables à gauche cela ne fut que déception, pourquoi accepter de servir 200 couverts au risque d'être débordés, désagréables et de commettre erreurs sur erreurs, désorganisation et frustration. il parait qu'avant c'était "mieux"...je ne connaissais pas avant mais je ne reviendrai pas. Bruyant, fouillis, l'impression de déranger. Une usine. Bien dommage. les jours d'affluence il serait préférable de dire non que de "bourrer" les gens les uns sur les autres et tenter d'assurer avec 5 pauvres serveurs dépassés. Aligot peu relevé.
